Kim started teaching yoga in the Indianapolis area in 2009, but it wasn't until a decade later, when she realized she was exhausted, stressed, and feeling life run her into the ground, that she finally discovered breathwork. Unlike meditation, Kim found breathwork to ground her in real-time.
Her background as a critical care nurse and research coordinator drove her to seek out and train under Oxygen Advantage®, the science-based, research-backed Breathwork program & certification founded by Patrick McKeown.
Kim offers individual and group yoga and breathwork sessions, series, and programs specializing in nervous system regulation from her studio in Fishers, IN. She incorporates movement, sound bath, and powerful music to facilitate desired physical, mental, and emotional states. Kim's passion and goal is to empower women to reclaim the driver's seat of life through the ancient yet rediscovered superpower that is our breath.
